Cancellations by Alpha Safety Training
If Alpha Safety Training cancels a class prior to the day of training, a full refund or rescheduled date will be issued.
Cancellations by the customer
The total course fee is required to reserve and guarantee your spot in any of our courses. Once a class has been paid for, there are no refunds.
If you reschedule more than 14 days before the course date, there will be no charge to reschedule.
If you cancel less than 7 days of the course date you may reschedule with a $25.00 rescheduling fee.
If you cancel less than 72 hours before the course date you will be given no reschedule date.
